It smelled like cigarettes and funyuns !!! The SMELL never went away and we were in a NON-SMOKING room. I could barely sleep. I have NEVER been in a such a stinky motel and I have been to New Orleans during Mardi Gras. The town smelled like urine and old beer but at least my hotel was fine!!

Location to the event that we were attending.reasonable prices.

Room was not clean and condition of furniture ,bed linens etc was very poor.ie bed covers ratty and had holes in them.carpet badly stained and dirty.smell in room was so bad that we had to use disinfectant and fabrees.left early.

Despite being homeless, the staff at Ramada were accommodating. They treated my service dog with respect, unlike the previous hotel that rejected us. Sadie Grace enjoyed her stay and the service was helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the manager Rebecca was extremely courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Nothing except the location. Faucet did not work half the time. Air did not work and lights in room went off by themselves as did the air. Breakfast advertised from 6 to 9. At 8 we had to ask for food and there was no coffee and they never offered to make anymore. Very dissatisfied.

great access to local parks and historic sites

I really appreciated that the hotel was only a short walk away from the Batesville Parks and Recreation area, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and it was also just under 3 km from the charming Batesville Commercial Historic District, making it easy to explore local landmarks and history without dealing with long commutes.

Low cost hotel close to what I needed to attend.

Rooms are dirty and shabby. The room we stayed in was supposed to be a non smoking room and was definitely not. The bedding and pillows reaked of smoke there were cigarette burns all over the bathroom cabinet. The curtains were hanging half torn off the window and were ragged. The bedside tables were sticky and had dirty water stained hotel information on them. The front desk person even made a comment as we checked in "Enjoy your non smoking room" This was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in other budget hotels on the same street and they were a few dollars more expensive but it was worth it to me to spend a few more dollars to get a clean room. I can stand a shabby room but these rooms are just dirty. Not to mention the housekeeper hanging out in the lobby eating breakfast and smoking. Guess that's why the room was smoke infused too..

A challenging night with poor upkeep

The room had a decent bed where I could finally rest after a long journey. Staff was quick to respond despite the issues.

I saw a bug in my drawer, very loud, room smelled.

Price, location, privacy, frig, wifi

There was an odor in bathroom like urine. It was pretty strong.

Had a blast with friends here! We hit up the local stock car racing at the track nearby, a thrill. The staff were super attentive and kept breakfast out past 9am, nice. Be aware, the room comfort isn't great, but the overall vibe made up for it. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway.

The lobby wreaked of cigarette smoke. Shirtless men were standing around in the lobby. People were tailgating in the parking lot until late at night or early morning, and were very noisy.

The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was just off restaurants, and Batesville on business. I booked an a double room for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. Central heating, an individual safe, coffee and tea making equipment were available here too...
